Experience

My work as a hypnotherapist is informed by a broad background in human development and behavior. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology, which cultivated a deep understanding of how culture, evolution, and belief shape the human mind. Before my hypnotherapy training, I served as a clinician at the Early Childhood Parenting Center in Santa Monica, where I facilitated parent-child groups grounded in Attachment Theory.

Today, I bring this integrative perspective to my work with both individuals and groups—helping clients reconnect with their innate capacity for transformation. Through hypnotherapy and mindset coaching, I emphasize the power of daily habits, focus, and the optimism that comes from discovering the answers within. In addition to private sessions, I share this message of transformation with a wider audience through workshops, group experiences, and social media, encouraging people to align with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
