Biography for Heather Faith Schuman, CHt

My greatest desire is to help others achieve their highest self-fulfillment, prosperity, and confidence by helping reframe negative perceptions and unsuccessful subconscious behaviors. I want to help people strengthen their connections to their unique self, creativity, motivations, and desires leading to self-acceptance and ultimately manifesting prosperity and confidence.

I am grateful for the tools of Hypnosis, EFT, Therapeutic Guided Imagery, Meditation, Reiki, and healing facials to help my clients achieve their goals. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone grow and feel like they are the best version of themselves.

With that said, I strongly believe that it is the clients who heal themselves. I am just their guide sharing my knowledge, tips, and energy.

Experience

In my early 20s I began my journey as an Esthetician. As the years went by, it became less about skin care, and more focused on the energy exchange and healing taking place. I noticed the emotional disconnect between people and “electronic social distancing” as people sat next to friends and loved ones, long prior to this pandemic.

I saw my skills in skin care needed even more to provide a connection, even for just an hour. I had always felt a draw to energy work. I eventually became a Reiki Healer and incorporated that into my facials. While receiving my Reiki training, I was introduced to HMI and eventually ended up graduating with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

I was blown away by how the subconscious worked, and honestly questioned why we weren’t taught these things in school. I struggled with depression and anxiety in the past and was on medication for over 8 years at one point. Soon after turning 30, I traveled to India for my first of three meditation retreats. My first night there, I decided that I no longer wanted to be dependent on pharmaceuticals. I was able eventually to safely ease myself off the medication and begin to find alternatives.
