Langley is a Certified Hypnotherapist provider based in North Carolina, but serving clients all over the world. She specializes in helping clients achieve their goals by overcoming self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. Her services are provided entirely online, making it easy for clients to access the therapy they need from the comfort of their own home.
A few years ago, Langley discovered hypnotherapy videos online and used them as a tool to help manage her own anxiety, stress, and self-esteem from her childhood trauma. Hypnotherapy allowed her a way to challenge her habits and behaviors different than any other methods she had tried. This self-discovery through hypnotherapy led to impactful spiritual and personal breakthroughs. As a result of this positive experience, she decided to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist through HMI.
Langley received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Meredith College and received her Master of Science in Counselor Education from East Carolina University. Langley has professional experience working with people of all ages as a School Counselor and in the Clinical Mental Health field. As a Certified Hypnotherapist, she has worked with clients with issues such as increasing confidence and motivation, concentration, smoking cessation, managing stress, improving performance and much more.
