Hello and welcome to Healing Activated Hypnotherapy. I’m Shokouh, and I'm excited to welcome you to join me on a journey of exploring the healing powers of your own mind.
In my private Zoom practice, I offer the combination of Hypnotherapy, IEMT Therapy (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), and Life Coaching. Whether you’re looking to make meaningful changes in your life, seeking personal growth or are curious about the benefits of hypnosis, you’re in the right place.
My journey to becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist began after leaving my 9-5 corporate career. Searching for a deeper meaning in life and a desire to heal my own childhood trauma, I found hypnotherapy. After experiencing the healing powers of this incredible modality myself, I felt a calling to help others on their path to positive change and freedom from emotional blocks and limiting beliefs.
Today, I’m a proud honors graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the first Nationally Accredited College of Hypnotherapy and hold certifications in various modalities including Hypnosis and Weight Loss, Inner Child Healing, and Trauma Recovery.

Experience
As a Certified Hypnotherapist, I help clients release difficult emotions, reprogram liming beliefs, stress management, anxiety relief, weight loss and body image, self-confidence, driving anxiety, and more. I also hold a certification in Energy Healing and can help to balance Chakras and help you learn and discover more about yourself.
In addition to hypnotherapy, I am an IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) Practitioner and would love to help you release the emotional imprint of difficult or traumatic memories, as well as help you find relief from the symptoms of PTSD.
