I know first hand that when you change your mindset, you will change your life. After 20 years of addiction, I took back my life and I want to help others that want to break free from the stronghold that has them bound to addiction and incarceration because it is achievable!

I also am passionate about helping others that are caregivers of family members and especially single moms of special needs children. As a mom with a severely disabled child, I have learned that hypnosis is fantastic for self care and regrounding yourself and change the “I cant” thought process to “I can and I will”.

I am also certified in Handwriting Analysis so I can help people with non-verbal children to be better advocates for them and to help individuals see what is going on in their subconscious as well as helping anyone to see what is going on internally that they may be unaware of or have suppressed deep within.

Hypnosis is healing and everyone has the power to have the life they desire!

Experience

I am very passionate about helping people with addictions, with grief of losing someone, and with helping parents of special needs kids. My life was anything but perfect. I was in addiction for years, I have a son with severe special needs and I lost my mom that I was a caretaker for to Breast Cancer. So my life was anything but rainbows and happiness.

I started using hypnosis with power words and anchors for my addiction and I have been sober and free from substances for 6 years now. With this new mindset I no longer have to worry about being incarcerated because I have broken that stronghold.

I never felt like I was doing enough for my child and when I lost my mom these thoughts were amplified. These are hard emotions to let go of and it was a lot of work, however, after a lot of work and reflection and finding out what the true root issue was, I was able to recognize and release the negative and replace with positive suggestions and power anchor words.
