Biography for Carla Burdt, CHt

Carla Burdt is an Honors graduate of HMI College of Hypnotherapy. She serves clients in person at her Temecula office and online throughout the United States and globally.

She specializes in hypnotherapy for emotional health and personal development including stress and anxiety management, confidence building, overcoming limiting beliefs and mental blocks, overcoming fears and phobias, weight loss and management, sexual empowerment and exploration, exam preparation, and overcoming test anxiety, and more.

She is passionate about helping her clients achieve lasting results and incredible transformation by assisting them in accessing their inner resources and strength to create a greater sense of peace and empowerment in their lives.

She brings to her practice a unique understanding, compassion, empathy, and extensive knowledge of hypnotic modalities and related resources. She is a coalition partner with the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom. Additionally, she is a Kink Aware Professional – knowledgeable in kink, fetish, BDSM, polyamory, swinging, and consensual nonmonogamy.

She has earned a certification in the Psychology of Human Sexuality. Carla is also a Certified Law of Attraction Coach and Practitioner, Certified EFT/TFT Master Practitioner, and Certified NLP Master Practitioner. She is educated in a variety of holistic and healing modalities including Reiki, Guided Imagery, Relationship Coaching, Dream Therapy, Homeopathy, and Aromatherapy.
