Natasha holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix where she developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and cognitive processes.
She further enhanced her expertise by obtaining certifications in hypnotherapy from the esteemed HMI (Hypnosis Motivation Institute). Her specified training included advanced techniques in clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Natasha believes in the empowerment of the subconscious mind and its ability to overcome negative behavior and emotions. Natasha has a personal approach working with a diverse clientele. This approach ensures meeting the needs of each client addressing a wide range of issues such as habit control, self-esteem, anxiety, smoking cessation, weight loss, grief and loss.
She creates a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore and unlock their full potential and inner selves safely.
