Biography for Rachel Boulouys, CCHt

My name is Rachel Boulouys and I have been a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist since 2015. My focus is to help you cross the mental borders and help you discover a new YOU and a whole new world beyond “I can’t”. Hypnotherapy is one of the vehicles that will carry you across the border.

I have crossed many borders from France to Holland, from Amsterdam to California but the biggest one I crossed was in my mind and it freed me. You can too! You can cross oceans but if you are stuck within your mental borders, everything you want to experience will be right across the border known as “I can’t”. Time to travel to land of “I CAN”!

I have lived in California since 10 years, grew up in South of France, happily married and have one grown daughter and two grand-children. Since my childhood I have been strongly connected to spirituality and have developed my intuitive gifts and skills through the years to complete my training.

I work from a variety of therapeutic frameworks to help achieve holistic harmony and wellness. I have been a therapist for many years with children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of settings. AOS Mind-Body Psychology, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Onto-Kinesiology, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Energy Healing and Intuitive Guidance. I look forward to working with you and your family to help achieve your goals!

My sessions and classes are available in English, French, and Dutch. I’m originally from South of France and I bring the Mediterranean warmth into my work.

Hypnotherapy can be applied to every phase of life: to business, social, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development.
