Maiko Yahagi is a Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Coach. She graduated from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute with Honors and is a member of the Hypnotherapists Union Local 472 and the American Hypnosis Association.

Her passion is to help people overcome their challenges and issues, personal or professional, empowering them to improve the quality of their lives. She also helps individuals with medical conditions who require long lasting lifestyle changes.

She believes that our behaviors, including habits and emotional responses, are a reflection of the values, beliefs and unsolved emotions we unconsciously hold in our mind. Understanding and enhancing them can give us an amazing ability to control our professional and personal situation.

When trying to achieve a goal, we may struggle to achieve it. When faced with life’s difficulties, we may focus on how little control we have over our circumstances. We often find it challenging to follow through the steps to reach our ideal outcomes.

One of the best ways to counter this mindset is to develop a learning mindset that can consistently lead us to positive outcomes. This can be achieved by utilizing the Inside-Out Approach. When our unconscious values and beliefs are fully aligned to our conscious intention we can start taking greater control over our situation. This will then help us improve the quality of our lives whatever circumstances we are in.
