Mr. Dang Thai Cuong (Coach Leo Cuong) is an HMI Graduate, a Certified Professional Coach trained in an ICF approved program, and a book author. Based in Cyprus, he works with Vietnamese speaking students around the world.

His work combines applied psychology, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness. He is the creator of a series of online courses built on real-life situations, with guided meditations combined with hypnotherapy.

His mission is to help people understand their own minds, manage stress and overthinking, and build habits that last.

Experience

Mr. Dang Thai Cuong completed the Diploma in Hypnotherapy at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) in 2021. Before that, he trained as a Certified Professional Coach at the Vietnam Coaching Institute in a program approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

He has written and recorded a library of more than 30 guided meditations combined with hypnotherapy, covering relaxation, sleep, self-compassion and emotional balance. He also produces a Vietnamese language podcast and YouTube channel on applied psychology and Buddhist philosophy.

He is currently developing online courses that apply psychology, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy techniques to everyday situations.
