Tonya Groves graduated from HMI with Honors in 2011 and has been helping clients make changes in their lives ever since. She bases her work on the idea that most issues grow from stress or anxiety, it’s just a matter or how that stress or anxiety manifests itself in your life.

Tonya works with clients on a variety of issues with a special interest in pain management, chronic illness, confidence and focus in sports, stage, school and work. Tonya works with both teens and adults.
